Asseco Seizure Processing
Asseco Seizure Processing has been designed to support the administrative processes of enforced debt collection, in compliance with the applicable legal regulations.
The system is capable of working with Ognivo software module provided by the national clearing house KIR S.A. with the purpose of sharing information about the bank accounts of debtors. Asseco Seizure Processing allows for keeping records of documents and orders issued in connection with the execution of seizure proceedings by the enforcement authorities, and enables financial control over the seizure process. The system helps prepare the required correspondence and generate money transfer orders for the enforcement authorities.
